SWSC Coaches Orientation Manual
SWSC Evaluation Form for the Developmental player - This form is for players U11 and younger. Form should be used at the end of the season to evaluate the players progress with the player and parents.
SWSC Player Evaluation U12 and older - This form is to evaluate players U12 and older. Form should be used at the end of the season to evaluate the players progress with the player and parents.
Tryout Evaluation Form - This form can be used during tryouts to evaluate players
