Financial Assistance is available to members of the organization provided reasonable funds are available to the Organization.
The Financial Assistance program is administered by the Treasurer who reports monthly to the Board of Directors on the status of such program. Generally the program does not waive fees in excess of $1,000 per year as monies allocated to the financial assistance program are not currently separated within the annual budget. The Treasurer continually monitors how many families are part of the program and the economic impact to the Organization.
The Organization understands that sometimes our fellow neighbors might encounter difficult times and in order to continue to develop the youth of our town the Organization offers financial assistance to families on an ad-hoc basis. Eligibility is granted on a per season basis and covers registration fees only. Equipment and Travel Uniforms are not included in the assistance program.

- Students that are eligible for the free/reduced lunch program may request financial assistance by submitting a written request to the Treasurer and providing a copy of the eligibility letter.
- Families that are in temporary financial hardship but not eligible for the free/reduced lunch program may still request financial assistance by submitting a written request to the Treasurer. The Treasurer may request additional information such as a copy of the family’s most recent tax filing, a copy of a current pay stub, etc.
