CLINICS
Speed & Agility Clinics with Gary Schoedler: Speed and agility workouts compliment and improve performance of all sports. The workouts improve acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, quickness and change of direction. Gary's indoor speed and agility training sessions are soccer focused and he utilizes soccer skill ball work during specific portions of the training sessions.
Strength & Conditioning Clinics with Kate Brownell: Strength & conditioning training will focus on strength, endurance, power, and speed combined with the proper mechanics to ensure the athletes perform at their highest potential.
Skills Clinics with Pete Lepak: Skills clinics will involve individual ball skills like dribbling, passing and directional drills so that players can use all parts of both feet. Players will also learn the correct way to pass, shoot, dribble, and defend. Occasionally, players will be involved in 1 on 1 situations where they can apply their learned skills in real game-like situations.
Goalie Clinics with Maria Galley - these goalie clinics are a perfect opportunity for goalkeepers at all levels! Beginner skills and technique are the majority of all her sessions, and the basis they go off for every other training. As the participants get further along, she will incorporate all kinds of drills, and more advanced work! Each session will build on the one prior, and every athlete will leave a better keeper! From learning form the first two sessions, to making saves they never thought they could!
Skills Clinics with Maria Galley - Skills clinics range from tight footwork, to real game situations. Maria likes to focus a lot on footwork, speed, and ball technique. The drills are both fun and complicated, but always leave the players thinking about why they are doing these drills. While mixing in hard work, these field training sessions are a great opportunity for any level!
